The Concours Club

Miami, FL

The exclusive Concours Club – a motorsport race track and lifestyle club in Miami, Florida – is designed for today’s hyper race car culture. Located next to the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport and within 15 miles of Miami’s Brickell financial district, the 80-acre Concours Club is currently under construction. Members of the Club will savor the thrill of driving six-figure sports cars and million-dollar cars on a full-service 2-mile road-style course with all the benefits of belonging to a private, on-site, luxury resort club.

“The car culture here is amazing…It’s truly international, with a real passion for cars that is only getting bigger.”

Tasked with developing the master plan and designing all of the brand buildings on site, DMAC is taking an urban planning approach. Buildings are located and designed where every encounter is treated with utmost attention for a premier member experience, from the largest of scales to the smallest of details. Beginning at the ultra modern Guard House, the entrance experience sets the first impression as members drive through a dramatically-lit ceremonial tree-lined approach.

Phase I design includes the master plan, Guard House, Concours One, Paddock with a luxury Driver’s Lounge and Fuel Station.

The track is designed by Alan L. Wilson of South Africa, renowned designer of over 20 motorsport race tracks across the globe.  The 2-mile track has 17 turns including three extreme hairpins and multiple elevation changes, promising to challenge sport drivers of all levels.
