The Concours Club
The exclusive Concours Club - a motorsport race track and lifestyle club in Miami, Florida – is designed for today’s hyper race car culture. Located next to the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport and within 15 miles of Miami’s Brickell financial district, the 80-acre Concours Club is currently under construction. Members of the Club will savor the thrill of driving million-dollar sports cars on a full-service 2-mile road-style course with all the benefits of belonging to a private, on-site, luxury resort club.
“The car culture here is amazing…It’s truly international, with a real passion for cars that is only getting bigger.” - Neil Gehani, Bloomberg News, June, 28, 2018.
Taking an urban planning approach, buildings are located and designed where every encounter is treated with utmost attention for a premier member experience, from the largest of scales to the smallest of details. Beginning at the ultra modern Guardhouse, the entrance experience sets the first impression as members drive through a ceremonial tree lined approach, that is dramatically lit to feel a sense of acceleration.
In addition to the Guardhouse, DMAC is specifically designing the club’s Concours One Building, Fuel Station, Private Garages, as well as an impressive solar-powered shade canopy and Paddock Lounge which will be the ultimate driver-centered outdoor lounge with F&B offerings. Strategically placed adjacent to the pit lane, the canopy provides protection from nature’s elements.
The track is designed by Alan L. Wilson of South Africa, renowned designer of over 20 motorsport race tracks across the globe. The two-mile track has 17 turns including three extreme hairpins and multiple elevation changes, promising to challenge sport drivers of all levels.
