Dish is a contemporary American restaurant and night club located in a vibrant community of the city of Dallas, Texas. Unique fixtures, textiles and furnishings were brought in from around the globe to contrast with a backdrop of durable raw metals and woods. 

 

Furthermore, the restaurant has to be able to transition from a modern casual restaurant to a DJ hosted night club every evening. The panels were designed with this change of program in mind, creating subtle shadows, providing dynamism to the space, and allowing the late night lights to cast interesting silhouettes.
